There is someone at the other end
Skyvera is made by one person. There is no support desk, but every message is read and answered, usually within a few days, faster if the app is broken.
I haven't had a single notification
That is usually correct: most evenings there is nothing to announce, and Skyvera does not write to say nothing.
If a beautiful sky went by in silence, check that notifications are allowed for Skyvera in your phone's settings, that your place is set, and that the hour of the evening word suits you.
The sky wasn't what I was told
It happens. Weather three hours out is not an exact science, and a bank of cloud does not travel as promised.
If it keeps happening where you are, write with your town and the date: that is how the calculation gets sharper.
Erasing my data
One mail is enough, and it all goes. The Privacy page says how.
An idea, a request
Skyvera is deliberately small and will stay that way: one answer an evening, not an atlas of the sky.
That said, what comes up often tends to get built. Write.
